For hygiene reasons, jewellery and accessories unfortunately cannot be returned. Clothing & shoes can be returned.

How does it work?

To return clothing & shoes, you have 14 days from the moment you receive your order. Returns are always at your own expense. Please send your return to the address below:

Conditions

- Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted or refunded. If you still wish to receive your parcel back, you may arrange a return shipment at your own expense.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

- We do not accept items with makeup stains, perfume smell, signs of washing, or any other signs of use.

Returns are sent at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Therefore, please always keep your tracking (Track & Trace) proof until your return has been processed.

Canceling an order is not possible.

You have 7 days from the day of shipment to report this. Send an email to info@musthavestudios.com. State your order number and what exactly is damaged on your product/delivered wrong, added with a photo in attachment. We will investigate the problem and try to find a suitable solution as soon as possible.

At Must Have Studios we ship our packages with Bpost you can choose between 2 shipping options

• Postage stamps: with this shipping method track and trace is not available. Delivery usually takes around 3-4 business days after the package is  handed to Bpost.
• Parcel shipping: with this shipping method track and trace is available. Delivery takes about 2-4 business days after Bpost receives your package.

Must Have Studios is not responsible for lost packages or errors due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
