Returns:

For hygienic reasons, jewelry cannot be returned.

 

Canceling an order:

Canceling an order is possible up to one day after ordering.

 

Damage:

You have 10 days from the day of shipment to report this. Send an email to info@musthavestudios.com. State your order number and what exactly is damaged on your product, added with a photo in attachment. We will investigate the problem and try to find a suitable solution as soon as possible.

 

Shipping:

At Must Have Studios we ship our packages with Bpost you can choose between 2 shipping options

• Postage stamps: with this shipping method track and trace is not available. Delivery usually takes around 2-4 business days after the package is        handed to Bpost.
• Parcel shipping: with this shipping method track and trace is available. Delivery tkes about 1-2 business days after Bpost receives your package.

 

Must Have Studios is not responsible for lost packages or errors due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
